Hi! I'm Bill Susmann, owner and manager of "The Spa Doctor". I started The Spa Doctor in September of 1991 and I have repaired thousands of spas in the greater Sacramento area. My experience in this field dates back to 1976 when the portable spa craze first got started. My philosophy in business is simple, the customer always comes first, do the job right the first time, I only promise what I can deliver, and never let a difficult job get the best of me. With this philosophy I have served my customers well. I have built a business that has flourished while others have failed, and I am now celebrating my 33rd year in this business.

We even tackle the tough jobs that most guys in the business shy away from.
